Mindfully Occupied by Design:
Balancing sensory awareness, self-compassion, and intentional living—connected to ourselves, our spaces, and what matters.
Balancing sensory awareness, self-compassion, and intentional living—connected to ourselves, our spaces, and what matters.
I’m so glad you’re here.
I believe that when we bring together sensory awareness, mindful self-compassion, and intentional living, we stay more connected, not just to ourselves, but to the spaces we move through and what actually matters to us.
Being Mindfully Occupied is about noticing what is happening in and around us. What feels supportive, what feels like too much, what drains us, and what steadies us. It is about learning to meet ourselves gently through change instead of pushing through or judging where we are at. It is also about shaping routines and environments that fit who we are right now.
When these things come together, life can feel more aligned, grounded and meaningful.
I work with people who are navigating changes after illness, injury or transitions in life that affect how they function, participate, and move through their daily life and environments. You do not need a diagnosis to work with me; however common neurological conditions that I support include persistent post-concussion symptoms (PPCS), brain injury, functional neurological disorder (FND), migraine, central sensitization disorder, and any life transitions that impact cognition, energy, sensory processing, or emotional regulation.
If this resonates, I would love to connect and help you figure out your next best step.
With kindness
